1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FAPVL platform, app, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use the Service. The Service is not intended for users under 13 years old (US).
3. License Grant
FAPVL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”), but grant FAPVL a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, distribute, display, and sublicense such content.
You represent that you have rights to post User Content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post objectionable, abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
- Introduce viruses or malware.
- Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Violate any laws or this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All Service content (excluding User Content) is owned by FAPVL or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
FAPVL’s liability is limited to $100. No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
FAPVL may terminate your access at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your license ends, but granted rights to User Content may persist.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by laws of Vietnam. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Vietnam, no class actions.
11. Changes
FAPVL may update this Agreement; continued use constitutes acceptance.
